大学生心智觉知与自我接纳、共情的关系研究

【摘要】 本研究采取大学生心智觉知量表、自我接纳量表和共情量表对591名大学生的心智觉知、自我接纳和共情水平进行调查,考察大学生心智觉知与自我接纳和共情之间的关系。结果显示:1、大学生的心智觉知程度处于中等水平,自我接纳和共情水平中等偏上。2、心智觉知在独生子女、生源地、年级以及学科变量上不存在显著差异,而在性别变量上存在显著差异,男生觉察内心体验的如实程度明显高于女生。3、自我接纳和共情在性别、独生子女、生源地以及年级变量上不存在显著差异,而在专业变量上,理工科学生自我接纳和共情水平显著比人文学生高。4、心智觉知及觉察维度和自我接纳显著正相关,心智觉知及如实因子和共情显著负相关。觉察因子对自我接纳具有显著的正向预测效应,自我接纳对共情具有显著的正向预测效应,如实因素对共情具有显著的负向预测力。5、心智觉知不仅能直接预测自我接纳和共情,还能通过自我接纳对共情产生间接影响。

【Abstract】 591 college students were measured to investigate the relationship among mindfulness,self-acceptance and empathy,The results indicated:(l)The MS has good consistency reliability and a factor structure consistent with the theory.l)The mindfulness of college students locates in medium level,self-acceptance and empathy a little higher than medium level.(2)There is significant difference among sex in the mindfulness and its "as what is"dimension.That is,the male has the higher level of seeing it as it is than the female.(3)There is significant differences among major in the self-acceptance and empathy.That is.the students on science feel much more self-acceptance and empathy than those on humanity.(4) The mindfulness and "as what is" dimension is positively associated to self-acceptance,the mindfulness and "attention" dimension is negatively related to empathy.(5)Mindfulness is expected to predict the level of empathy directly.Besides,it is also expected to predict empathy by way of self-acceptance.
