【摘要】 元情绪的研究是一个不断发展的历程,不同的学者对情绪基础上的再评价、再分析、再调控等反思过程有着不同的看法或见解。通过对国内外文献的梳理,元情绪的发展有三个不同的研究取向:特质取向、状态取向和能力取向。本研究更倾向认为元情绪的反思过程是一种能力取向。元情绪是主体将自身的初级情绪作为客体,并对客体产生的原因、过程、结果进行反刍分析和调控之后所产生的次级情绪,主体对初级情绪进行反思的这一过程可视为一种能力,它可以通过训练来提高,所以,可以用这种能力的高低来衡量元情绪的高低。以往元情绪的测量工具大多采用自我报告法,带有很大的主观性,本研究则采用情景测验法对元情绪进行测量,可以有效地避免主观性。测验项目包括题干和选项两部分,选取六种情绪,通过对在校的大学生进行开放和半开放式访谈收集项目素材,最后形成测验项目。这种崭新的测量工具,为元情绪的研究提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Meta-emotion research is an evolving process,different scholars on the basis reflection processes,including emotional re-evaluation,re-analysis,re-regulation and so on,have different views or opinions.Combing through the literature,meta-emotional development has three different research directions:trait meta-mood,state meta-emotion and ability meta-emotion.In this study,we more inclined to think that meta-emotional reflection process is a kind of ability.Meta-emotion refers to the subjects put primary emotions as the objects,analyze and control the generating primary emotion of causes,process and results,arising the secondary emotions.Moreover,the process of primary emotions to be seen as a reflection of increased capacity through training,so you can use this ability to measure the level of meta-emotion.The previous measurements of meta-emotional are mostly self-report measurement tools,with its high degree of subjectivity,this study attempts to use the popular situational test method for measuring meta-emotion that can be effectively avoid subjectivity.The tests include two parts,Stem and options.We select the six kinds of emotions,through open and semi-open interviews for university students to collect project material,and finally form a test project This new measurement tool for the study of meta-emotion was provided.更多还原
