【摘要】 研究风险决策的决策阶段与反馈评估阶段的电生理加工机制,并比较两者之间的异同。方法改编了经典的风险实验任务一杯子任务,并利用事件相关电位来进行研究。行为学结果发现,相对于风险劣势的情形,被试在风险优势时更倾向于选择冒险。事件相关电位的结果发现,存决策阶段,错误相关负波(ERN)受到了风险选项的期望值与被试决策选择的交互调节,当被试选择风险选项时,ERN的振幅随着风险选项的期望值的增高而减低;当被试选择保守的策略时,ERN的振幅随着对应风险选项的期望值的增高而增加。风险中性的情形下选择冒险的决策选择诱发了更加明显的ERN,与过去的研究结论相一致。而在反馈阶段,与ERN一样起源于前扣带回的反馈相关负波(FRN)则受到了负性预测奖赏偏差的调节,而没有受到期望值的调节。这些结果说明前扣带回在风险决策过程中起到了重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the electrophysiological mechanism of risk decision making at the stages of decision execution and outcome evaluation.Method:Applying the event related potential(ERP),we revised one classical gambling task,i.e.,the Cups Task,to explore the mechanism of risk decision making.Result:The behavioral results revealed that when the risk option was advantageous,the subjects took more risks than when the risk option was disadvantageous.The ERP results revealed that,at the decision stage,the error related negativity(ERN) was modulated by an interaction between expected value and subjects’ decision(Risk vs.Safe):The amplitude of ERN decreased with the expected value for the risky choices,whereas it increased with the expected value for the safe choices.Focusing on the risk neutral trials,risky choices induced a bigger ERN than did the safe choices.At the feedback stage(i.e., outcome evaluation),the feedback-related negativity(FRN),which was generated from the same anterior cingulated cortex(ACC) as the ERN,was sensitive to the negative prediction error but was not modulated by the expected value.These results suggest the vital role of ACC in various stages of decision making.更多还原
