【摘要】 通过对军事心理学人才培训的理论和实践探索,提出了军事心理学人才培训的基本体系——初步形成了"一个培训目标,二种培训途径,三类课程体系,四套培训模式"的多层次、全方位培训体系。①一个培训目标:培训具有鲜明军队特色的实用型心理服务人才和医学心理专业人才。②二种培训途径:任职教育培训(1-3个月部队心理骨干培训、6个月部队心理咨询师培训)、学历教育培训(临床医学专业医学心理学方向5年制本科培训和3年制硕士、博士培训)。③三类课程体系:部队心理骨干培训课程体系(以平战时心理损伤救治基本知识教学为重点,以心理教育、心理测评、心理诊断、心理咨询与治疗、心理危机干预五项技能教学为核心)、部队心理咨询师培训课程体系(以理论教学为基础,以操作训练、临床见习、部队实践为核心)、军队医学心理专业人才培训课程体系(以公共基础课程、医学基础课程、心理基础课程为先导,以临床医学课程、医学心理课程为核心,以医学通科实习、临床心理实习为重点)。④四套培训模式:部队心理骨干1个月理论问题型培训模式、部队心理咨询师6个月操作型培训模式、临床医学专业(医学心理学方向)5年制本科渗透型培训模式、临床医学专业(医学心理学方向)3年制硕士和博士研究型培养模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 On base of theoretical and practical study on training of personnel of military psychology,the multilevel and omni-directional training’s system on personnel of military psychology,"One training Aim,Two training Ways,Three Curriculum Systems,Four training Models",was constructed.①The aim of the training system is to train practical and professional personnel of mental service and clinical psychology base on army.②The two ways are on-the-job training(the training on elite of mental health education for army in one or three month,the training on psychological consultant for army in six months),and college education (the bachelor degree in 5 years,the master and doctor degree in 3 years of clinical medicine which interested in medical psychology).③The three curriculum systems are the system on elite of mental health education for army(the basic of the system is the knowledge about the treatment of mental trauma during peacetime and wartime,the core of the system includes mental education,psychological measurement,psychological diagnosis,psychological counseling and psychotherapy,mental crisis intervention),the system of psychological consultant for army(the basic of the system is theory teaching,the core of the system is operation training,clinical and army practicum),and the system on the professional personnel of medical psychology for army(the basic of the system is public and medical course,the core of the system is clinical and medical psychology course,the key of the system is clinical clerkship and the practicum in clinical psychology).④The four training models are the question-teaching model on personnel of mental health education for army in one month,the operation-practicum model on psychological counselor for army in six months,the whole-course model for the bachelor degree in 5 years and the research-oriented model for the master and doctor degree in 3 years of clinical medicine which interested in medical psychology.更多还原
