我国制造企业技术创新行为的绩效特征
The characteristics about performance of manufacturing enterprise’s technological innovation in China

【摘要】 基于制造业在我国创新驱动、转型发展战略中的重要地位,以及不同的技术创新行为具有的不同绩效,以2008-2012年上海高新技术企业中制造企业面板数据为基础,运用超越对数随机前沿分析法,测度了企业技术创新行为与创新效率之间的关系,揭示了我国制造企业技术创新行为与绩效之间深层的逻辑关系及基本特征,并提出提高创新绩效的建议。
【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of high-tech transformation of manufacturing industries in Shanghai from 2008 to 2012, this paper uses translog stochastic frontier model to evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of 182 enterprises and analyze the relation between the technological innovation behavior and efficiency, revealing the deep logic relation between manufacturing enterprise’s technology innovation behavior and performance, puts forward some suggestions to improve innovation performance.
