【摘要】 产业共性技术在在整个技术创新链条中处于基础性地位,如何构建区域性产业共性技术创新体系是一个重要的课题。本文从对产业共性技术的基本认识和重要性谈起,总结、阐释了产业共性技术及产业共性技术创新体系的内涵、特征及其组织失灵问题。在此基础上,对山东产业共性技术创新体系的基本现状和建设路径进行了研究。本文对区域产业共性技术创新体系的探索只是初步尝试,期盼更多学者投身于该领域的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The industrial generic technology that it is basic position of in the entire technology chain innovation, it is an important topic that how to build a common regional industrial technology innovation system. This article based on understanding and the importance of the industrial generic technology to summarize and explain system connotation, characteristics and organizational failures of the industrial generic technology and industrial generic technology innovation system. On the basis, the basic situation and construction path of Shandong industrial generic technology innovation system were studied. In this paper, the exploration of regional industrial generic technology innovation system is a preliminary attempt to expect more scholars devoted to the research in this field.更多还原
