农业龙头企业技术创新及其协同系统的研究

【摘要】 我国农业业已取得举世瞩目的成就,但同时我国农业科技发展也面临着挑战。在日益激烈的农业国际竞争中,发达国家依靠其雄厚的科技实力占据明显优势,为适应农业和农村经济发展的新阶段要求,实现农业和农村经济的持续稳定发展,必然要推进新的农业科技创新。农业龙头企业作为农业科技创新的主体,随着现代农业的发展,农业科技创新仅由农业龙头企业"单轮驱动"已远远不能满足,着眼于农业龙头企业构建"政产学研用"的协同创新机制尤显重要。本文以演化经济为理论基础,研究以农业龙头企业为主导的技术创新协同演化机理,总结其演化规律,构建"多轮驱动"的新机制,提出了以农业龙头企业为主导的"政产学研推"协同创新政策建议。
【Abstract】 China’s agriculture has made the remarkable achievements; in the meantime, China’s agricultural science and technology development is also facing challenges. Facing the international competition, the developed countries occupy a distinct advantage for the adaptation of agriculture with its strong technological strength. So the developed countries can transfer its rural economic development into the new stage, and the agricultural and rural economy maintained the stable development. Agricultural enterprises are the engine of agricultural science and technology innovation. With the development of modern agriculture, agricultural science and technology innovation of agricultural enterprises by only "single-wheel drive" was really far from satisfying. More and more people focused on agricultural enterprises, who built a "political research with" collaborative innovative mechanisms utmost importance. In this paper, based on the theory of economic evolution, we study on research-oriented agricultural enterprises technological innovation synergy evolution mechanism, summarize its evolution, building a "multi-wheel drive," the new mechanism is proposed to agricultural enterprises led "political research push "collaborative innovation policy recommendations.
