交叉学科实验室管理运行机制研究——以物理与生物医学交叉实验室为例

【摘要】 在调研分析国内外交叉学科平台的管理运行机制的基础上,按照国家创新驱动发展战略的政策导向,结合物理与生物医学交叉实验室的特点及其在中物院发展战略下的定位,分析了实验室的发展需求和现行管理运行机制存在的不足,理清了实验室管理运行机制改革创新的思路,在完善科学有效的组织管理体系,打造合理的科研创新团队,健全科研管理模式、评价机制和人事管理制度,优化资源配置方式,营造自由开放和鼓励创新的科研氛围等方面提出了具体建议。
【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the development requirement of the interdisciplinary laboratory of physics and biomedicine and deficiencies of management operating mechanism at present based on investigation research and analysis of management operating mechanism of Interdisciplinary subject platform,according to policy guiding of innovation driven development strategy, combining the feature of interdisciplinary laboratory of physics and biomedicine and its orientation on development strategy of China Academy of Engineering Physics. It solidifies the reform and innovation thoughts of management operating mechanism of the interdisciplinary laboratory and raises suggestions on modifying scientific and effective organized management system,creating reasonable scientific research innovation teams,constructing scientific research management mode,evaluation mechanism and personnel management system,optimizing resource collocation fashion,constructing scientific research atmosphere of freedom,opening to the outside world and encouraging innovation.
