【Abstract】 The first clear the management of economic efficiency of the meaning and characteristics,on the basis foreconomic management capability of designing concept and its estimated model of the preconditions for financial man-agement capability index for measuring method,and evaluation model and management capability of the composite in-dex calculation of management model and methods,this is a new management level of measurement,the evaluationInthis paper,the author firstly has a clear understand to the meaning and characteristics of the economic efficiency ofmanagement.Then he puts forward the concept of the factor of economic management ability and the preconditionsof its estimated model.At the same,the author design the estimated model and measuring method of the factor of e-conomic management ability,and the estimated model and measuring method of comprehensive management index in-cluded some factors of economic management ability.This is a new estimated method used to measure the manage-ment ability.更多还原
