科技创新促进上海区县转型发展研究

【摘要】 在分析上海区县科技发展现状及特点的基础上,找出制约上海区县创新驱动转型发展的瓶颈和问题,提出依靠科技创新促进区县转型发展的思路和政策建议。
【Abstract】 After analyzing the current situations and characteristics of technological development in Shanghai districts and counties,find out the bottlenecks and problems that restrict the innovation-driven transform and development of Shanghai districts and counties,propose the ideas and policy recommendations.
