纸张模板生物形态Ni-Zr材料的制备及结构表征

【摘要】 本文以纸张为模板,多次浸渍Ni(NO3)2-Zr(NO3)4的乙醇溶液,用高温还原法制备生物形态Ni-Zr材料。利用热重分析(TG),X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)等对材料进行表征。结果显示,试样的失重主要发生在450℃以前,包括水分的挥发,金属Ni和Zr盐的分解和纸张中纤维的分解。通过工艺参数的调控获得了NiO/ZrO2,Ni/NiO/ZrO2和Ni/ZrO2等材料。NiO在高于500℃还原成Ni。随温度升高Ni的晶粒尺寸增大。但ZrO2的粒径大小基本保持不变(约15nm左右)。在同样的烧结温度下,镍含量高的样品较易被还原;经过高温还原处理后的试样继承和保留了滤纸的纤维结构。生物形态多孔Ni/ZrO2材料具有双峰分布的孔隙,大的孔隙孔径约为20~50μm。在纤维上保留了约为0.5~2μm较小的不规则孔隙。

【Abstract】 Biomorphic Ni-Zr materials was fabricated using filter paper as template.The filter papers was impregnated with Ni(NO3)2- Zr(NO3)4 ethanol solution for 5 times.Thus the samples was sintered at 500~700 oC for 1 hours at flowingly N2 and H2 atmosphere.The weight changes of the sample,phase formation and microstructures evolution of resulting products were investigated by XRD,TGA and SEM-EDS.The main weight loss takes place of below 450 oC,which is caused by desorption of adsorbed water,decomposition of the components(Ni-Zr salts and cellulose).The materials such as NiO/ZrO2,Ni/NiO/ZrO2和Ni/ZrO2 composites are obtained by controlling process factors.Above 500 oC,Ni appear in samples because of NiO deoxidation.With inceraseing the temperature,the grain size of Ni increases while the grain size of ZrO2 almost changeless(about 15nm).Biomorphic Ni-Zr materials faithfully retain the structure of filter paper template.The biomorphic Ni/ZrO2 sintered at 700 oC are of pores structure which the larger pores with diameter 20~50μm derive from template and the smaller pores with 0.5~2μm in the fibers result from the sintering process.
