基于粒子群算法的复杂应急调度建模与仿真

【摘要】 针对多种资源在多出救点单受救点的复杂应急救援网络中的配流问题进行建模仿真,研究非常规突发事件爆发后的应急资源调度.用启发式算法解决路段占用冲突,克服现有准则对时间离散化的强依赖.鉴于模型的复杂性,用粒子群算法配流寻优.以汶川地震为背景设计算例,验证所述方法的可行性和有效性.成果可用于应急救援的运输路线选择和物资配流,为应急调度系统结构优化提供思路.
【Abstract】 Aiming at multi-resources dispatch problem of complex emergency rescue network with multi-depot and one rescued point,a model was built and simulated to discuss emergency resource dispatch after unconventional emergency happened.For overcoming the rule’s strong dependence of time discretization,heuristic algorithm was applied to solve the occupied conflict of road sections.As the model is complex,particle swarm algorithm was used to achieve dispatch optimization.Taking Wenchuan Earthquake as the background,a data example was designed to verify feasibility and validity of the method above.The results can facilitate the choice of transportation route and the dispatch of the needing resources in rescue.Ideas for further research of emergency dispatch system’s structure optimization are also given.
