【摘要】 对传统的决策系统解决复杂决策任务所存在的问题,提出"人即服务"的理念,形成"人件"与"人件服务"的概念体系,将人件分为软人件与硬人件.本文主要以硬人件为着眼点,介绍了人件服务的描述方式以及人件服务库的构建模式;以此为基础,探讨了硬人件的调用机理,主要分为决策系统消息与人件服务库内部服务的匹配以及人件服务库到硬人件的调用两部分.以求为基于人件服务技术的新型决策系统的构建提供先进的设计思路和可行的技术方案.更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the defects of the traditional decision support systems that couldn’t solve the complex decision tasks exactly or perfectly,the idea of "Human as a Service" was proposed.Based on this theory,the concepts including "Humanware"and"Humanware Service" were formed.The Humanware is composed of Soft-Humanware and Hard-Humanware. The description pattern of Humanware Service,the construction pattern of Humanware Service library and the calling process of Hard-Humanware were studied.The mechanism of Hard-Humanware invocation was described.更多还原
