【摘要】 软件系统是一个复杂系统,应从系统的角度对其可信性内涵与特征进行理解和认识.为此,依据WSR理论,在"物理(W)"、"事理(S)"和"人理(R)"三个维度上对软件系统进行了解读,对软件系统的可信性形成机理进行了分析;遵循生命周期理论,提出并分析了软件"阶段可信"与软件"系统可信"的关系;基于效用理论,探讨了用户对软件可信性的预期与干扰的辨证关系;进而,提出了系统视角下软件可信性的五个基本特征,即过程性、主/客观共存性、后效应不确定性、非线性和集成性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Software System is a Complex System,its implication and characteristics on trustworthiness should be analyzed from the view of system theory.Thus,this paper interprets the software system on three-dimension of "Wuli(W)","Shili(S)","Renli(R)" based on WSR theory,and analyze the formation mechanism of software system trustworthiness. The relationship between "trustworthiness during a single stage" and "trustworthiness of the system" has been described and analyzed based on software life cycle theory.Also,based on utility theory,the dialectical relationship between the expectation and interference of the customers on software trustworthiness has been revolved.Furthermore,this paper proposes five basic characteristics of software trustworthiness in the view of system,i.e.,Processing, Coexistence of Subjective and Objective,Uncertainty of Post-effect,Nonlinearity and Integration.更多还原
