【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the concept of consensus and consensus formation.Then the consensus degree algorithm is reviewed,and the shortages of those researches are indicated. Improving Patrik Eklund’s consensus model,which all participators’ opinion to appraise on some alternatives is aggregated by the arithmetic average operator,and then the consensus degree is calculated.A representative example is provided finally.更多还原
