乙烯裂解炉燃烧传热的CFD模拟

【摘要】 采用计算流体力学软件CFX5对工业SL-II型乙烯裂解炉辐射段的流动,燃烧及传热实现了三维数值模拟。对照工程图纸,按照实际尺寸对炉膛进行了几何建模;网格划分在专业网格生成软件ICEM11.0中完成。计算过程中采用了标准k-ε湍流模型,漩涡耗散/有限速率燃烧反应模型和离散传递辐射模型等计算模型。模拟计算得到了裂解炉炉膛内的流场、温度场的详细信息,模拟结果与工业实测数据吻合较好。模拟结果表明,在底部烧嘴的射流核心区周围形成了回流;炉膛各方向上烟气温度分布不均匀;在炉膛中部出现了炉膛的高温区;侧壁烧嘴的加入很好的补充了炉膛上部热量之不足。

【Abstract】 Three dimensional flow style,combustion and radiation heat transfer in the firebox of ethylene cracking furnace were simulated with CFD software CFX5. According to actual sizes of furnace,three dimensional geometric model was established and mesh was generated by software ICEM11.0 .Standard k-ε turbulence model ,discrete transfer radiation model and eddy-dissipation/finite-rate model were employed in calculation.The detailed distributions of temperature,velocity field were obtained. Simulation result shows that circumfluence appeared around fuel jet center above the bottom burners ,the flow and temperature field were asymmetric and uneven in the furnace. Meanwhile ,a high temperature zone was found in the middle section of furnace.With the addition of side burners ,the heat was supplemented properly in the upper section of the firebox.
