【摘要】 文中概述了故障诊断技术国内外发展历史及故障诊断理论方法,针对大型石化装置工艺及故障特点,将SDG故障诊断技术和专家系统等技术结合起来,开发石化装置安全运行指导系统。介绍了石化装置安全运行指导系统的结构与功能,针对某石化企业PTA装置,构建了SDG故障诊断模型,并进行了现场应用。应用结果表明该系统具有预报准确、界面友好、易于维护等特点,有很好的通用性和推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analysis the characteristic of petrochemical plant safety manufacture and management, introduce the facing challenge of fault diagnosis technology and varies of fault diagnosis method. The development of Signed Directed Graph-based technology and fault diagnosis are discussed in detail.Then introduced the foreign faultdiagnosis testing system based dynamic simulation. In the end,developing trends and applications of modern fault diagnosis technology is pointed out.更多还原
