流程工业生产执行系统的软件基础设施

【摘要】 本文针对传统MES存在的问题和缺点,提出了一种基于模型驱动架构软件开发方法的软件基础设施,用于构建下一代流程工业生产执行系统(MES)。该平台的总体目标,是使MES软件在满足流程工业普适性需求的同时,也能适应特定的企业环境。层次化的系统设计显著缩短产品交付时间,并降低项目成本。基于软件基础设施,系统包括三个领域模型:功能模型分析需求并描述功能,逻辑模型使用自描述的建模方法,定义工厂对象模型、用户接口和工作流程,科学计算模型将工厂对象模型转换为数学模型,实现数据协调和生产优化的闭环管理。
【Abstract】 Aim at problems and shortcomings of the traditional manufacturing execution system (MES), this paper proposes a new software infrastructure to develop the next generation MES for process industries with a software development approach - model driven architecture. The overall goal has been to enable the MES software system to meet the pervasive requirements of process industry and adapt to the specific enterprise environments. The hierarchical system design guarantees significant reduction in time-to-market and cost. Three domain models are grounded on the infrastructure: the functional model analyses requirements and represents the functional sets, the logic model is used to define factory object model, user interfaces and workflows by a self-described modeling approach, and the scientific computing model transforms the factory object model to mathematical model, archive closed-loop management with data reconciliation and production optimization.
