非线性过程系统稳态解及其稳定性分析工具

【摘要】 化工过程是一个强非线性过程。对于非线性问题,通常存在多稳态解,如何求解系统所有的解是一个难题。同时这些稳态解对应的稳定性也不尽相同,这对指导化工过程实际生产具有重要意义。由于非线性系统的复杂性,对于人员来说是十分繁琐的,在依靠人员求解的过程中不免会存在错误。随着计算机和信息技术的发展,已经有了一些通用的分析非线性系统的工具,这给非线性的化工过程的分析带来便利。然而化工过程中关注更多的是系统的稳态解以及解的稳定性,为此本文通过调研已有的分析工具,构建了一种浏览器、服务器结构的分析动态方程稳态解及其稳定性的工具,该工具用于迅速进行稳态解的求解以及稳定性的分析,在给出解的曲线同时标示出解的稳定性态。通过一个例子展示了该工具的有效性及其应用前景。

【Abstract】 Chemical processes constitute strongly nonlinear systems, and for such systems, multiple steady-state solutions typically exist. However, it is difficult to obtain all the steady state solutions for a given system. In addition, the various steady state solutions are likely to differ in terms of stability, which is very important to take into account for practical applications. Due to the complexity of nonlinear systems, it is difficult to solve these problems manually. With the wide-spread use of computer and information technology, several nonlinear system analysis tools have been developed, facilitating nonlinear analysis of chemical processes. At the same time, in chemical process, it is focused on the steady state solution of the system usually, as well as the stability of solutions. After a survey of several existing analysis tools, we propose an analysis tool using a browser and server architecture design that rapidly finds steady state solutions to nonlinear dynamic equations for chemical processes, and simultaneously determines the stability of these solutions. One case study is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of this tool.
