树脂吸附沉淀法除钼的工业实践

【摘要】 经硫化后高达10g/L钼的钨酸铵溶液与选定的特种树脂混合30~60min,一次可以沉淀除去80%的钼,沉钼后的溶液再经密实移动床离子交换,钨酸铵溶液中的Mo/WO3比值可降至1.5×10-4以下,结晶得到的APT质量达到国标GB/T10116-2007APT-0级品要求,大部分产品中Mo≤15×10-6。

【Abstract】 (NH4)2WO4 solution upon sulphidization, in which the rate of Mo 10 g/L, was mixed with the special resin for 30~60 minutes. About 80% Mo was removed by one time precipitation. The residual Mo in the solution was then removed by the combination of moving packed bed and fluidized bed ion exchange process. The ratio of Mo/WO3 decreased to below 1.5×10-4. The quality of APT reached national standard of GB/T10116-2007 APT-0. The Mo content is below 15×10-6 in most of the products upon the crystallization of purified ammonium tungstate solution.
