【摘要】 早在1981年国内就有菊花矮化类病毒(Chrysanthemumstunt viroid,CSVd)发生的报道,但之后CSVd在我国并未出现流行态势,且缺少CSVd中国分离物的序列信息。2010年11月,海南菊花种植区"黄金"品种的菊花发生了严重的矮化病害,斑点杂交检测结果表明:患病植株均被CSVd感染。为进一步调查CSVd在我国的发生和流行情况,从各地采集了122个菊花样品,其中包括野生品种及商业种植品种。通过RT-PCR和核酸分子杂交检测发现:14个样品感染了CSVd。序列分析结果表明:我国的CSVd分离物与韩国和日本分离物的序列最为接近,这表明CSVd可能通过繁殖材料的交换在我国、韩国和日本之间扩散;我国CSVd分离物序列变异较小,突变位点大多位于二级结构上的致病区内。更多还原

【Abstract】 The occurrence of Chrysanthemum stunt viroid(CSVd) in China has been reported for nearly thirty years.But there was always no available sequence information of CSVd isolates from China.The disease was not epidemic until November in 2010,when chrysanthemum of cv"Golden"showed severe stunt symptoms in a commercial field of Hainan.All the diseased samples detected by dot-blot hybridization were CSVd positive,indicating that CSVd is becoming a potential threaten for chrysanthemum industry in China.More than 120 samples of wild cultivar and commercial cultivar were collected to survey the incidence and epidemic of CSVd in China.The results of RT-PCR and dot-blot hybridization showed that 14 samples were positive for CSVd.Sequences analysis indicated that CSVd isolates from China showed the closest relationship with CSVd isolates from Korea and Japan,implying CSVd may spread among these countries through exchanging propagation materials.Moreover,most of the mutations of CSVd isolates from China located in pathogenicity region on secondary structure of CSVd.更多还原
