番茄早疫病菌抗异菌脲突变体的诱导及交互抗性

【摘要】 通过对番茄早疫病菌敏感菌株WZ38、WZ42、WZ35进行紫外线诱导和药剂驯化得到7株抗异菌脲突变株,突变株EC50和MIC分别大于100μg/ml和1000μg/ml。采用菌落直径法测定抗异菌脲突变株对同类型杀菌剂腐霉利和芳烃类杀菌剂五氯硝基苯的敏感性,结果表明突变株对这两种杀菌剂均有正交互抗性。
【Abstract】 Iprodione-resistant mutants of Alternaria solani were induced by UV irradiation and pesticide domestication in laboratory from sensitive strains WZ38,WZ42,WZ35.The EC50 and the MIC was respectively greater than 100μg/ml and 1000μg/ml.Sensitivity of iprodione-resistant mutants to the same-type fungicide, procymidone,and aromatic hydrocarbon fungicide,PCNB,was determined by measuring colony diameter.The results showed that resistant strains had cross-resistance to two fungicides.
