吸水链霉菌产生抗菌活性物质提取分离方法研究进展

【摘要】 放线菌尤其是链霉菌是来源于微生物的生物活性天然化合物的主要产生菌,其中的吸水链霉菌及其变种能产生大环内酯类、氨基糖苷类、苯醌型安莎类等抗生素及谷氨酰胺转胺酶等重要活性代谢产物,具有很高的新型药物开发潜力及微生物资源应用价值。本文对吸水链霉菌产生抗菌活性物质提取分离方法进行了综述,并对发展趋势进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Natural microbial active principles were mainly derived from actinomycetes,especially from streptomyces.Streptomyces hygroscopicus and its variants produced many active metabolites such as macrolides, aminoglycosides,benzenic ansamyeins and transglutaminase and had high potential for new drug development and application prospect of microbial resources.In this paper,the extraction and separation technologies of antibiotics from S.hygroscopicus were reviewed and the research trends were discussed.
