瓜列当生防菌的筛选及鉴定

【摘要】 为筛选能有效防治列当的生防菌。采用离体接种、盆栽接种和大田植株接种筛选方法对前期分离获得的221个分离物进行筛选,获得4株对列当高度致病对寄主安全的生防菌。依据形态学特征对筛选的4株腐霉菌进行了鉴定,鉴定为3个种,分别为瓜果腐霉Pythium aphanidermatum、喙腐霉Pythium rostratum和简囊腐霉Pythium monospermum。

【Abstract】 In order to screen biological control agents to O.aegyptiaca.Two hundreds twenty one isolates were screened by in vitro inoculation,pot inoculation and field inoculation.Four biological control agents that can control O.aegyptiaca but safety to host of Orobanche aegyptiaca were obtained.These biological control agents were identified by using traditional morphological methods.Three Phythium species were identificated,they were Pythium aphanidermatum,P.rostratum and P.monospermum respectively.
