【Abstract】 cDNA of Setosphaeria turcica was used as template to amplify the ORF(Open Reading Frame) of target gene STK1.The product was then cloned into plasmid pSOⅠdigested with SmaⅠ.The recombinant vector was identified by PCR,restriction enzyme digestion and DNA sequence analysis.The results showed that the sense expression vector of STK1 was successfully constructed,which will provide material for the study of the function of STK1 in the condition of over-expression.更多还原
