鸭粪中拮抗水稻纹枯病菌的细菌筛选及其防效测定

【摘要】 从鸭粪中分离得到250株细菌。采用平板对峙法筛选出一株对水稻纹枯病菌有抑制作用的细菌A168,利用其发酵液进行抑制率、抑菌谱、田间防效试验和生理生化鉴定。结果表明:在48h内A168对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制率为83.55%,而田间防效最好为78.47%,明显优于井冈霉素;且对稻瘟病菌[Phyricularia grisea(Cooke)Sacc]、小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum)、稻曲病菌[Ustilaginoidea virens(Cooke)Tak]和油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)均有抑制作用,抑菌谱广;通过生理生化鉴定,初步将A168菌株归为蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。

【Abstract】 A total of 250 bacterial and 5 fungis isolates were obtained from duck manure.The antagonistic bacteria A168 to Rhizoctonia solani were screened by using the method of flat panel.Fermentation broth was used to do inhibitory ratio、antibacterial spectrum、biological control、its physiological and biochemical identification tests.The result showed that the ratio of A168 inhibiting rice sheath blight was 83.55%,while the best field control efficacy was 78.47%,better than that of Jinggangmycin;A168 has an inhibitory effect on Phyricularia grisea(Cooke) Sacc、Fusarium graminearum、Ustilaginoidea virens(Cooke) Tak and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.with a broad spectrum.A168 was characterized as bacillus cereus by bacteria physiological and biochemical identification tests.
