梨黑斑病菌和白菜黑斑病菌对致病疫霉抑菌效果的比较

【摘要】 为了得到对致病疫霉抑制效果更好的拮抗真菌,利用涂布法对梨黑斑病菌(LH)和白菜黑斑病菌(BH)的培养方式和抑菌效果进行了比较。结果表明,LH和BH均适合静置培养;LH发酵液比BH发酵液的抑制作用强,两者的抑菌率分别为80.8%和62.6%;LH和BH发酵液均显著抑制致病疫霉孢子囊萌发,抑制中浓度分别为0.01 mg/mL和1mg/mL;并且这两种发酵液都对致病疫霉菌丝体有致畸作用;超声波破碎会使发酵液的抑菌作用有所降低。综合比较,LH发酵液比BH发酵液的抑菌作用更强。
【Abstract】 In order to obtain better inhibition effect of antagonistic fungi on Phytophthora infestans,fungal culture way and inhibition effect of Alternaria kikuchiana and A.brassicae were investigated using the coating method in this experiment.The results showed that stationary culture was suitable for A.kikuchiana and A.brassicae. Inhibitory rate ofA.kikuchiana fermentation was 80.8%to growth of P.infestans which was better than that of A. brassicae fermentation(62.6%).Sporangial germinations of P.infestans were inhibited by both A.kikuchiana and A.brassicae fermentations.Their inhibitory medium concentrations were 0.01 mg/mL and 1 mg/mL,respectively. These two types of fermentations had teratogenic effect to P.infestans mycelia.Supersonic quassation slightly weakened inhibition effect of fermentation.On the whole,the inhibition effect of A.kikuchiana fermentation was better than that of A.brassicae fermentation.
