【摘要】 本文从天然物抗植物病毒研究出发,从研究范围、所取得的结果和研究中的一些经验并结合当前的进展,对现代分析检测技术在天然物抗植物病毒研究中的相关应用进行简要介绍,另外还对天然物抗植物病毒研究中的一些问题进行简要分析探讨。文中对现代相关分析检测技术的发展和在病毒鉴定、天然物分离纯化、活性筛选体系构建与病毒、药剂、寄主互作,天然活性物抗植物病毒药理研究中的作用和地位在相关应用介绍中对其作用和地位给予了充分的肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the base of years’ dedication to the study on natural agents preventing plant virus,the progresses either in result got or in technology adopted in experiment are introduced briefly in this paper.Some problems confronted with in studying also been mentioned and give analysis concisely..As far as the study on natural agents preventing plant virus,which involved in identification of plant virus,extracting and separation of natural agents,construction of the screening system,relationship of interaction among virus,active agents and host plants,modern detection or analysis technology,which covered the areas of Electron Microscopy,Spectroscopy,Chromatography,Mass Spectrometry,Magnetic Resonance,and so on,make the deepen study of natural agents turn to be available.The positive role and important situation of Modern Technology of Analysis and Detection to the study are emphasized in the paper.更多还原
