导入Chi基因对抗虫棉各种农艺性状的影响
Trans Chi Gene to Insect Resistant Cotton Influence on Agricutural Features

【摘要】 通过对导入几丁质酶基因的抗虫棉抗病性和主要农艺性状的比较研究,结果表明,该基因导入到抗虫棉的染色体后,从中选出的阳性株系的枯萎病抗病性比受体有显著提高,抗性从感病水平提高到高抗水平,黄萎病抗病性有所提高。从对株高、果枝、结铃数、铃重等产量性状影响上,果枝、结铃数提高显著,脱落率明显降低铃柄增长。
【Abstract】 The influence on agricultural features of transgene Chi insect resistant cotton were studied. The results showed that the Fusarium oxysporium and Verticillium dahliae wilts resistance was heighten notability.The level of Fusarium wilt resistance is high resistance from susceptible,and the level of Verticillium wilt is high tolerance to resistance from tolerance.The plant high,branch,boll number,boll weight,lint out and some other productive construct features.except the branch and lint out were heighten,all the other features were not alter.The fiber features,except fiber length is long than the mother cultivars,other features were not changed.
