分辨率和扫描次数对纸张白度近红外模型的影响

【摘要】 利用近红外光谱技术建立了欧美杨纸张白度的定量分析模型,研究了不同分辨率和不同扫描次数对欧美杨光谱和纸张白度模型的影响。结果表明,扫描次数对欧美杨纸张的近红外光谱有较大影响,扫描次数为32次时,所建立的纸张白度模型精度最高,交叉验证均方根误差和预测均方根误差最小;分辨率对欧美杨纸张的近红外光谱有一定影响,在不同分辨率下,所建立的纸张白度模型差距不大,建议选用32 cm-1的分辨率建立模型。

【Abstract】 Near-infrared(NIR) spectroscopy technique is one of the quaUtative and quantitative analysis techniques that were developed quickly in recent years.In the present paper,NIR transmittance spectra of paper brightness were obtained and quantitative analysis was carried out.The influence of resolutions and scan numbers on the NIR spectra and quantitative models was studied.The results showed that when the scan number were 32 times,it’s more suitable for Populusxeuramericana brightness NIR models.Resolution and brightness model were no regular variation,considering the 32cm-1 can choose the resolution of the model.
