液体发酵猪苓胞内多糖条件的优化
Study on Liquid Fermentative Conditions of Intracellular Polysaccharide from Polyporus umbellatus

【摘要】 采用摇瓶培养法对猪苓胞内多糖的发酵条件进行了优化。结果表明,液体发酵生产猪苓胞内多糖的最适碳源是蔗糖,最适氮源是黄豆粉,优化培养基组成是:马铃薯10.0%,蔗糖4.0%,黄豆粉0.3%,KH2PO40.2%,MgSO4·7H2O 0.15%;液体发酵生产胞内多糖的优化条件为;初始pH5.2~5.6,振荡速度180~200 r/min,培养温度28℃,培养时间7d。
【Abstract】 This paper explore that suitable fermentative conditions,which affect the extraction rate of intracellular polysaccharide of Polyporus umbellatus.Experimental results indicated that,the best carbon sources is saccharose,the best nitrogen sources is soybean powder,the optimum composition of a fermentative medium is as following:potato 10.0%,saccharose 4.0%,soybean powder 0.3%,KH2PO4 0.2%, MgSO4-7H2O 0.15%.The highest yield of intracellular polysaccharide was obtained after fermentation for 7 days on the conditions that the shaker rotation speed is atl80~200r/min,pH5.2~5.6,the temperature is at 28℃.
