【摘要】 采用硅胶柱、反相硅胶柱、凝胶柱和薄层制备等色谱技术和重结晶进行分离纯化,从土茯苓内生芒果球座菌Guignardiamangiferae的100L液体发酵提取物中分离得到12个化合物,经波谱数据分析鉴定为LAF4(1)、LAF11(2)、LAF13(3)、Guignardones A(4)、Guignardones B(5)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(6)、邻苯二甲酸二乙基己酯(7)、麦角甾酮(8)、4-Hydroxyphenethylalcohol(9)、3-(4-methylphenoxy)-Propanoic acid(10)、对羟基苯甲醛(11)、2,4-壬二醇(12)。化合物6～12均为首次从该属内生真菌中得到,其中化合物12为新的天然产物。更多还原

【Abstract】 By various chromatographic methods(silica gel,reverse silica gel,Sephadex-LH20,preparative TLC, and so on) and recrystallization,tweleve compounds were isolated from the extract of 100L liquid fermentation broth of endophytic fungi Guignardia mangiferae from Smilax glabra.By extensive analysis of their spectroscopic data,twelve compounds were identified as LAF4(1),LAF11(2),LAF13(3),Guignardones A(4), Guignardones B(5),phthalic acid dibutyl ester(6),Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(7), (22E,24R)-ergosta-4,6,8(14)-22-tetraen-3-one(8),4-Hydroxyphenethyl alcohol(9), 3-(4-methylphenoxy)-Propanoic acid(10),p-hydroxyben-zaldehyde(11),Nonane-’2,4-diol(12).Compounds 6-12 are isolated from the endophytic fungi of Guignardia mangiferae for the first time and compounds 12 is firstly reported as natural products.更多还原
