感染星天牛幼虫高毒力金龟子绿僵菌菌株筛选

【摘要】 室内测定了6株金龟子绿僵菌菌落生长速率、产孢量,及对星天牛幼虫的致病力,结果表明:不同菌株生长速率和产孢量间存在显著差异,在PPDA培养基上MaYTTR04、MaZPTR01两个菌株的菌落生长速率较快,培养15d后,菌落直径分别为6.3cm和5.9cm;产孢量以MaYTTR04菌株最大,MaZPTR01其次,分别为2.0×108孢子/cm2和1.1×108孢子/cm2。毒力测定结果表明,不同绿僵菌菌株对星天牛幼虫的致病力差异显著,接种20d后,星天牛幼虫累积死亡率在40%~96.7%之间,接种MaZPTR01和MaYTTR04的较高,分别达到96.7%和93.3%,同时接种这2个菌株的星天牛幼虫僵虫率也高,分别达到86.7%和80%,致死中时(LT50)小,分别为5.71d和5.80d,说明该2个菌株对星天牛幼虫的毒力较强,同时又具备良好的生产性能,故可作为优良菌株进一步加以利用。

【Abstract】 Growth rates,sporulation of 6 strains of Metarhizium anisoplia and their pathogenicity to larvae of Anoplophora chinensis were investigated.The results showed that growth rates and sporulation of different strains were significantly different,growth rates of MaYTTR04 and MaZPTR01 were relatively higher and colony diameters of MaYTTR04 and MaZPTR01 were 6.3cm and 5.9cm, respectively,on PPDA media 15 days after inoculation,.And the sporulation of these two strains were higher than other strains too, which were 2.0×108 and 1.1×108 spores/cm2.The results of bioassay showed that pathogenicity of different M.anisoplia strains to A.chinensis larvae were significantly different,the mortality rates of larvae were between 40%and 96.7%20 days after inoculation, the mortality rates of larvae inoculated with MaZPTR01 and MaYTTR04 were 96.7%and 93.3%,respectively,which were higher than those inoculatied with other strains.The muscardine cadaver rates of larvae inoculated with these two strains were also highest, which were 86.7%and 80%,respectively.The median lethal time(LT50) of MaZPTR01and MaYTTR04 was also significantly shorter,which was 5.71d and 5.80d.The results showed that M.anisoplia strains,MaZPTR01and MaYTTR04,had high virulence to A.chinensis larvae,and were excellent at growth performance,so these two strains can be chosen as efficient strains.
