【摘要】 以姬菇菌株J1-2和J2-1为亲本,采用单孢杂交育种的常规原理和方法,结合现代ISSR分子标记方法鉴定杂交菌株,成功地构建起姬菇杂交菌株株系;从杂交株系中选育出杂交优良菌株"608"、"36"、"258"和"432",其中"432"菌株正式命名"川姬菇2号"通过了省级品种审定。提出姬菇商品率概念,并建议将其纳入选育良种的重要考核指标。根据育种实践工作,探讨构建姬菇单孢杂交育种体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using monospore crossbreeding principles and methods,combined with modern hybrid ISSR molecular markers identified, we successfully constructed hybrid strains from parent strains of J1-2 and J2-1 Pleurotus cornucopiae.From the hybrid strain the Superior strains were 608,36,258 and 432,where 432 strain was officially named "No.2 Sichuan P.cornucopiae" by the Sichuan provincial approval.Proposed the concept of the commodity rate,and recommended that it be included in breeding improved varieties of important assessment indicators.According to breeding work of the Pleurotus cornucopiae monad crossbreeding system was built.更多还原
