【摘要】 通过对匍匐与气生型5个蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)菌株采用粪草发酵料室内床式栽培比较试验,经菌丝生长,子实体性状观察和产量分析,结果表明:气生型Ag2、3号菌株及匍匐型1号菌株品质好、产量较高,每平方米分别达11.30、10.60、9.80 kg,适合于甘肃中西部地区栽培生产;而Ag4、5号菌株产量低、品质差,不适合该地区栽培。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through bed-planted indoor cultivation with fecal material fermented grass,five prostrate and aerial-type Agaricus bisporas strains were compared.By the parameters as mycelium growth rate,characters of fruit-body and mushroom yield,results shown that strains of aerial-type Ag2,3 and the prostrate-type 1 were better and yields were 11.30 kg/m~2,10.60 kg/m~2 and 9.80 kg/m~2,respectively.These three strains were suitable for commercial production in central and western regions of Gansu Province.Fruit-bodies from strains Ag4,5’ were poor on yield and mushroom quality and were not suitable for cultivation in the region.更多还原
