生产虫生真菌菌条的新材料——土工布

【摘要】 利用虫生真菌无纺布菌条防治天牛、萧氏松茎象等的研究已进入田间应用阶段,目前使用的载体主要是棉麻混纺无纺布,价格较高且需到专门厂家购买。我们采用一种建筑工程上常用的"土工布"作为菌剂的新型载体,按常规生产制作工艺生产菌条,取得了好的效果。试验研究表明,利用长60cm×宽5cm×厚0.45cm的土工布制作菌条,球孢白僵菌菌条产孢量达2.6×10~8-2.9×10~8孢子/cm~2,略高于棉麻混纺无纺布生产的菌条;金龟子绿僵菌菌条产孢量达2.6×10~8-4.5×10~8孢子/cm~2,与棉麻混纺无纺布没有差异。土工布菌条与传统棉麻混纺无纺布菌条相比具有以下优势:(1)土工布价格低廉,降低制作菌条成本。土工布价格只有棉麻混纺无纺布的1/3-1/5。(2)土工布对孢子的吸附力强,减少孢子损失。由于土工布表面纤维蓬松,凹凸不平,对孢子有强的吸附力,减少了绿僵菌菌条在包装和搬运过程中孢子大量掉落的现象。(3)有利于环保,节约资源。土工布是生产织物的下脚料或回收废旧织物加工而成,有利于资源的循环利用,保护环境。(4)原料易得。该土工布大量用于工程建筑中,在菌条生产过程中容易采购。

【Abstract】 using entomopathogenic fungi bands control cerambycids and hylobitelus is in the field test stage.Most of the fungi bands were producing on non-woven fiber bands(mainly includ cotton and hemp ),the price was relatively high and it was not easy to buy.In this study, geotextiles,a common use material in the construction work,was used as a new agent for producing fungi bands.The methods of producing was the same to other reporters.We produce two kinds of fungi bands using the 60cm×5cm×0.45cm geotextile.The result showed, sporulation on Beauveria bassiana fungi bands was 2.6×10~8-2.9×10~8 spores/cm~2,that was higher than fungi bands producing using nonwoven fiber bands.Sporulation on Metarhizium anisopliae fungi band was 2.6×10~8-4.5×10~8 spores /cm~2,there was no difference between geotextile band and nonwoven fiber bands.The advantage of geotextile over nonwoven fiber bands was(1) geotextile bands was cheaper,which could cut the cost of fungi bands.Geotextile cost was 1/3~1/5 of traditional bands.(2) the absorption of geotextile was higher,that could reduce losing of spores on the bands.The surface of geotextile was lumpy which coule absorb lots of spores and reduce the spores losing in the process of package and transportation.(3) protecting resources and increasing the utilization rate of resources.Geotextile was a recycle material,using this as a agent could cincrease the utilization rate of resources.(4) it was abundant and available. Geotextile was used commonly in construction works.So you can buy this material in any city or county.
