两株泰山蝉虫草菌的28SrDNA序列比对及其对黄粉虫的侵染性研究

【摘要】 本研究经多年对泰山蛹虫草进行调查,采集、分离泰山虫草菌7株。其中白色泰山虫草C-2菌株是从同翅目昆虫的蛹上分离得到的,目前国内未见报道。经培养性状、形态学观察等实验结果表明,白色泰山虫草菌C-2的无性型特征与Samson描述的Paecilomyces suffultu基本相同,初步确定白色泰山蛹虫草菌C-2无性型为:Paecilomyces suffultus(Petch)Samson。橘黄色泰山虫草菌CH-3的形态特征与刘波描述的泰山虫草形态特征一致。对两株虫草菌28SrDNA的序列比对分析,用DNAMAN比对了它们与其它虫草属真菌关系的结果表明,泰山白色虫草C-2菌株与Cordyceps militaris的亲缘性在98%以上,与子囊菌肉座菌目的其它菌株相关性在97%以上;橘黄色泰山虫草菌CH-3菌株与虫草属真菌的同源性达89%。对泰山白色虫草分生孢子对黄粉虫的侵染性的研究结果表明,泰山白色虫草分生孢子能成功的侵染活体黄粉虫,在虫体上长出的子实体。泰山虫草的寄主不是专一的,可侵染不同目的昆虫。
【Abstract】 Seven strains of Taishan Cordyceps were separated from Mountain Tai.A white Taishan cordyceps sp.C-2 strain was separated from antlered larvae which had not been reported in china. The C-2 strain and the Orange Taishan cordyceps sp.CH-3 were determined to be homology to Paecilomyces suffultus(Petch) Samson and cordyceps sp.(LIU) respectively by culture character and morphological research.28SrDNA sequence analysis of the two strains showed that C-2 and CH-3 had a homology of 98%and 89%with cordyceps genus respectively.The infectivity of C-2 was also study in this text.
