泰山虫草对黄粉虫的侵染性研究

【摘要】 本文报道了采自山东省泰山的泰山蛹虫草,采用组织分离法分离获得泰山虫草无性型菌株,并在大米培养基上培养出子实体。用泰山虫草分生孢子悬浮液注射活体黄粉虫,提取被侵染的黄粉虫体液,并测定不同侵染时间内虫体液中酶活性物质的动态的变化。结果表明,泰山虫草分生孢子能成功的侵染黄粉虫并长出子实体;被侵染的黄粉虫体液中活性物质含量的测定表明,从接种第2d到第4d即可导致其虫体内活性物质发生不同程度的变化,说明黄粉虫具有独特的防御病原微生物侵染的机制。
【Abstract】 In this paper Taishan cordyceps conidiophore suspensoid was injected into living Tenebrio molitor L..Taishan cordyceps sp.can infected Tenebrio molitor L.successfully and grew out Sporophore.Then the body fluid of the T.molitor was distilled and some of the enzyme activities such as SOD,POD,CAT in it were determined to be changed in different time.The result showed there were some special mechanisms in the T.molitor to defense the infection of the pathogen.
