灵雷菌质化学成分的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究灵雷菌质的化学成分。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,与雷公藤生药比较寻找灵雷菌质中有明显变化的成分,进一步采用柱层析分离纯化出这些成分,通过四大光谱鉴定其结构。结果:灵雷菌质中出现了有变化明显的两个峰,随发酵时间的延长其中一个峰面积与样品重量比值增加,而另一个减小,但幅度均不大,比值增加的化合物为wilforine,比值增小的化合物为wilforgine。结论:wilforine和wilforgine在高温加热和发酵过程中可能发生发生互变。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study chemical composition of linglei fungal substance. Methods:Chemical composition of linglei fungal substance were compared with Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.crude drug’s by by HPLC in order to find obviously changing components.Furthermore.column chromatography were applied to separate,purify and identify it.Results:There were two obviously changing components in linglei fungal substance.The peak area and weight of sample ratio of one of two obviously changing components increased, The peak area and weight of sample ratio of another one decreased.The increasing ratio-compound is wilforine,The decreasing ratio-compound is wilforgine.Conclusion: There may be the interconversion between wilforine and wilforgine through fermentation.
