一株蝉拟青霉及其角变分离株的初步研究

【摘要】 蝉拟青霉GZUIFR-JZD3菌株在沙氏培养基上可产生孢子型(编号JZD3-1)和菌丝型(编号JZD3-2)两类不同的角变。比较了两个角变株与原始菌株(编号JZD3)在不同培养基上的生长及产孢量,研究了它们对甘蓝蚜的致病性,测定了它们的胞外多糖、蛋白酶、蛋白质、SOD和POD的含量。结果表明:三个菌株形态差异较大,在多数培养基上, JZD3生长最快,产孢量最大;胞外多糖、SOD、POD含量以及对蚜虫致病率也是JZD3菌株最佳;而蛋白酶和蛋白质含量则分别是JZD3-1和JZD3-2较高。

【Abstract】 Two sectors,sporing-type(JZD3-1) and hypha-type(JZD3-2) were isolated from P.cicadae on the Sabouraod medium.The colony characters and conidiation between two sector isolates and the original strain (JZD3) were compared on different media.The contents of extracellular amylose,protecses,protein,SOD,POD and the pathogenicity to Brevicoryne brassicae were tested.The results showed:the growth of isolate JZD3 was the fastest and the conidiation was largest on most media.As far as the contents of extracellular amylose,SOD, POD and the pathogenicity to B.brassicae,JZD3 was also the best;however,the isolates JZD3-1 and JZD3-2 had the most protecses and protein respectively.
