【摘要】 目的初步建立一种诊断深部白念珠菌病的新方法。方法以间接免疫荧光方法,测定白念珠菌系统感染患者血清中芽管抗体的滴度,并与常规真菌检验及菌株磷脂酶的活性相比较。结果血清芽管抗体与常规检测方法两者阳性率比较,有较好的一致性(p<0.001);磷脂酶活性测定结果显示,感染组患者分离株较定植组的Pz值[Pz值表示磷脂酶活力,Pz值=菌落直径/总直径(菌落+沉淀圈)]有显著意义的差异(p<0.05);磷脂酶的活性与芽管抗体滴度具有相关性,R~2=0.575(p<0.001)。结论检测白念珠菌芽管抗体在系统性白念珠菌感染诊断中具有一定的诊断意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To explore the difference between infection and colonization of Candida albicans in human,establish a new method to diagnose candidosis.Methods The titre of germ tube antibody of Candida albicans in serum was detected by indirect immunofluorescent antibody(IFA) assay,and compare with direct microcopy and culture of samples and phospholipase activity of isolates.Results The positive ratio of germ tube antibody is concordant with the accepted diagnostic standard;value of Pz of extracell phospholipase was significantly higher in group which direct microscopic examination is negative but culture is positive than that in group both are positive;the activity of extracell phospholipase and the titre of germ tube are relative,R~2=0.575. Conclusion Antibodies to Candida albicans germ tube can diagnose invasive Candidosis.更多还原
