镁合金转向器壳体真空压铸工艺研究

【摘要】 利用计算机流体分析软件,采用正交模拟实验研究了镁合金转向器壳体的真空压铸工艺,并进行了试验验证。通过金相组织观察及力学性能试验研究了真空压铸及热处理对镁合金转向器壳体的影响。结果表明:在真空度为20 kPa的条件下,镁合金转向器壳体合适的压铸工艺参数为浇注温度680℃、模具温度200℃及压射速度3.4 m/s。在此工艺参数下,铸件成形良好,内部质量明显提高,其力学性能可以达到σb=206.6 MPa、σs=155.8 MPa、δ5=3.5%和HBS79.5。热处理可以进一步提高铸件的力学性能,经T6处理后铸件的力学性能可以达到σb=232.5 MPa、σs=169.1 MPa、δ5=4.2%和HBS81.4。
【Abstract】 The vacuum die casting process of magnesium alloy automotive steering gear housing was studied using computer numerical simulation software and orthogonal simulation experiment.The effect of vacuum die casting and heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of vacuum die casting AZ91 magnesium alloy castings was studied using optical microcopy and mechanical property test.The results show that the optimal vacuum die casting processing parameters are obtained that pouring temperature 680℃,die temperature 200℃,and injecting speed 3.4m/s under vacuum degree 20kPa.In this processing parameters,the castings has better forming performance and internal quality,and mechanical properties of castings can reach toσb=206.6MPa,σs=155.8MPa,δ5=3.5%andHBS 79.5.The heat treatment can further increase the mechanical properties of castings.After T6 heat treatment process,the mechanical properties can reach toσb=232.5MPa,σs=169.1MPa,δ5=4.2%and HBS81.4.
