Nb对耐热不锈钢组织与硬度的影响

【摘要】 采用高频感应加热设备熔配含Nb量为0~2.0%的耐热不锈钢样品。研究了Nb含量对耐热不锈钢基体组织、碳化物形态及合金硬度的影响规律。结果表明:在耐热不锈钢中,当铌含量在一定范围内增大时,奥氏体晶粒得到有效地细化,晶界增多,碳化物形态由粗大的沿晶界呈连续网状分布的长条状进一步向细小弥散分布的短棒状,点块状转变。当Nb含量超过1.5%时,碳化物会出现聚集长大现象,降低了钢的性能,耐热不锈钢的硬度呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。
【Abstract】 The heat-resistance stainless steel with 0~2.0wt%Nb were prepared by using high frequency induction heating equipment.Effects of Nb content on matrix structure,carbide morphology and hardness of heat-resistance stainless steel were systematically investigated.The results show that,with the increase of Nb content in a certain range,austenite grain is refined effectively,grain boundary increase,the carbide morphology transforms from the long strip of coarse and continuous network distribution along the grain boundary,small dispersed short rod to dot block.Once the Nb content exceeds 1.5%,carbide will gather and grew up,the performance of steel is reduced.Meanwhile,the hardness of heat-resistance stainless steel first increases and then decreases.
