铸渗法制备ZTA/钢基复合材料及磨损性能研究

【摘要】 采用铸渗法成功制备出ZTA陶瓷颗粒增强合金钢耐磨复合材料。结果表明:陶瓷颗粒在复合材料中的体积分数为42%~56%,颗粒与合金钢基体界面结合良好,无缩孔、裂纹等缺陷;在三体磨料磨损条件下,复合材料的绝对磨损体积随磨程的增加而减小,而合金钢基体没有这种变化,ZTA/合金钢复合材料的抗三体磨料磨损性能是热处理态合金钢的4.37倍。
【Abstract】 ZTA ceramic particles reinforced alloy steel matrix composites have been prepared successfully by casting penetration hardening process.The results show that the volume fraction of ceramic particle is 42%-56%,and the interface between ceramic particles and alloy steel matrix is compact,there are no defect such as cavity,crack and so on.In conditions of three-body abrasive resistance,the worn volume of the composite decreased gradually,but alloy steel does not have this change.The three-body abrasive resistance of ZTA/alloy steel composites is 4.37 times higher than that of alloy steel with heat treatment.
