【摘要】 调研了苏53-78-50H井套管失效情况,失效的问题核心是在已充满液体的12.7 m~3的环空再注入了13 m~3的水泥浆,形成下部环空段套管柱又承受了很高的外压力+轴向力的综合作用而失效。建议现场固井不要连续施工,环空段油层套管可选择具有更高承载能力的特殊扣接头或更高钢级与壁厚等级的套管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research the Sue 53-78-50 H casing pipe,the problem of failure was in already full of liquid 12.7m~3 pure into 13m~3 the slurry,the casing bear the very high external pressure + axial force which leads to the failure.Suggest the cementing don’t continuous construction and choose higher bearing connection or higher grade steel and wall thickness casing.更多还原
