【摘要】 通过对不完全固井的油层套管在实施全井(喷砂)压裂作业中的受力分析,指出导致套管井下发生破裂的主要原因是现场施工作业不规范,对于4 1/2"～5 1/2"的油层套管不采用下油管+封隔器的加砂压裂施工方式,而采用全井喷砂压裂的施工方式,同时固井水泥又未返高至井口,导致在非固井段的油层套管承受内压+拉伸+弯曲等多重载荷作用,并因过载而失效。更多还原

【Abstract】 force analysis of production casings for partially well cementing during full hole(sandblasting) fracturing operation discloses that casing failure downhole mainly lies in the breach of operation regulation at field;for 4 1/2"～5 1/2" production casing,the full hole sandblasting fracturing is used without cement top to the wellhead,but not using the sand fracturing operation method with tubing + packer, which leads to the failure of production casing at the non-cementing section suffering from multiple loadings such as internal pressure, tensile pressure and bend pressure.更多还原
