低温玻璃粉对风电机组用铜基摩擦材料性能的影响

【摘要】 选取软化温度为650℃的硅酸盐低温玻璃粉为摩擦改进剂,采用加压烧结方法制备了含有低温玻璃粉(LMGP)的铜基摩擦材料,研究低温玻璃粉含量对铜基摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:少量的低温玻璃粉有助于增强材料耐磨性,当含量超过6%时,材料磨损加剧;低温玻璃粉的加入提高了材料的摩擦因数,这与摩擦初期低温玻璃粉颗粒在摩擦表面未软化硬度高有关;用扫描电镜(SEM)观察摩擦表面可知未加低温玻璃粉试样主要以剥层磨损为主,而添加低温玻璃粉试样主要以磨粒磨损为主并伴随着粘着磨损。
【Abstract】 Experimental study carried by pressure sintering method for Copper matrix friction material which added softening point 650℃silicate low melting glass powder(LMGP)for friction improver,for the purpose of studying LMGP content influenced on the tribological and wearable abilities of friction material.Results demonstrated that low content LMGP is conducire to hence material abrasive resistance,but if its content excesses 6%that material will experience severe wear. LMGP elevates material friction coefficient,which is ascribe to LMGP doesn’t soften and takes high hardness value on initial stage;SEM observation of worn surface manifested that the material without LMGP the dominant wear mechanism iS delamination and the materials contain LMGP abrasive wear is dominant with adhesive wear.
