波动载荷对C/C复合材料/铬青铜摩擦副载流摩擦磨损特性的影响
Effects of Fluctuating Load on Friction and Wear Property of C/C Composite/ QCr0.5 under Electrical Current

【摘要】 借助于HST—100高速载流摩擦磨损试验机,研究了载荷的波动大小对C/C复合材料/铬青铜摩擦副载流摩擦磨损性能的影响,利用扫描电镜对磨损表面进行了观察分析。结果表明:随着载荷波动的加剧,离线率增大,载流效率降低,C/C复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损率均呈现先减小然后增大的趋势。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effects offluctuating load on friction and wear property of CC composite/QCr0.5 under electrical current were studied on the HST-100 friction and wear with electrical current testing machine、and the worn surface of the sample was characterized by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that with increasing load volatility,the off-line rate increased,the current-carrying efficiency declined,the friction coefficient and wear rate of CC composite decreased at first and then increased.
