稳恒磁场条件下磁场参数对轴承钢摩擦磨损性能的影响

【摘要】 在室温下,研究外加磁场对轴承钢摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:磁场改善材料摩擦磨损性能的效果主要与磁场强度、速度、载荷有关。无磁场条件下相比,磁场强度一定范围时,轴承钢的磨损量明显减小;磁场对销的减轻磨损效果在高载荷时比低载荷时更显著;在较低速度条件下材料的摩擦量随磁场强度的增大呈现先降低后增大的趋势。SEM分析表明:施加磁场能使材料摩擦表面含有更多的氧。
【Abstract】 Effect of magnetic field on the friction and wear characteristics of bearing steel at room temperature were researched.Results indicate that magnetic density,velocity and load are the mare factor in the friction and wearpclformance improvements.Compare with nonmagnetic field,wear mass loss of bearing steel decrease obviously under a range of magnetic density;the antifriction of pin under the high-load is more remarkable than that under the low-load;the tendency of the wear mass loss under a low-velocity condition is that first reduce then raise along with magnetic density’s increase.Analysis of scanning electron microscope indicates that friction surface contains more oxygen under magnetic field.
