铝代铅新型铜基自润滑材料及其摩擦磨损性能研究

【摘要】 采用粉末松装烧结法制备了以Al代Pb的新型无铅铜基自润滑材料,研究了Al含量对新型铜基自润滑材料摩擦磨损性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:在Al代Pb铜基自润滑材料中,随着Al含量的增加,材料的硬度逐渐降低,摩擦因数呈现先降低后增加的趋势。当Al含量为6%时,铜基自润滑材料具有较好的摩擦磨损性能,同时自润滑材料层与钢背的结合强度较高;适量的铝的加入有利于稳定摩擦因数,提高材料的耐磨性。结果表明:铜基自润滑材料中Al替代Pb是可行的,其研究结果为绿色环保双金属自润滑材料的研究提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 Lead-free copper matrix self-lubricating composites wore prepared by powder metallurgy loose sintering.The influence of aluminum content on material friction performance was studied.Results showed that the hardness of lead-free copper matrix self-lubrication composites decreased with the aluminum content increasing,and friction factor first increased then decreased with the aluminum content increasing.The composites had better friction performance and high adhesive strength with 6%weight Al content.Suitable amount of Al benefited the friction factor stability and wear-resisiting property improvement of the composites.It was demonstrated that:Lead-free bimetal serf-lubricating composites which Al replace of Pb was feasible,which provided a reference for the green environmental bimetal self-lubricating materials study.
